VISION: Owners of this lakefront lot asked Southwick to design a ranch style home with a walkout basement, that would take advantage of the view from both levels.

SOLUTION: A 3500 sq. ft contemporary ranch with large picture windows on the main floor and additional windows and doorwall at the basement level. A 3-car garage was added at the front to fit the narrow lot width and create a courtyard feel.
